You've Got Mail Passions Style
This story is my personal favorite. Obviously I was inspired by the movie, but it fit so perfectly with the Shuis relationship we had at the beginning.
While reading this story, keep in mind that it is the summer of 1999 and Sheridan and Luis have never met. I have taken the two characters many of us love and "rewritten history" a little. Consider this an alternate "reality" (well, as real as soaps are anyway)
I had a lot of help with this story. My friend "J" or CAdreaming was my sounding board throughtout the entire thing and also wrote all of the emails from the character Jay to Luis. "J" also approved and/or edited all of Jay~ diologue in this story. There are also 2 scenes in later chapters that "J" wrote.
Thanks for everything "J!" You were instrumental in my being able to write this story! Also a special thanks to the gals in the coffeeroom for allowing me to use them in this story.
